At Dayna's Senior Moments, we hope to have policies that work for you and for us. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our services, including bookings, payments, and interactions with our website and staff. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Dayna's Senior Moments provides non-medical companionship and activity-based services, which include but are not limited to:

  • Help with daily activities

  • Facilitated activities (games, hobbies, etc.)

  • Light housekeeping and errands

  • Errand help

We do not provide medical care or services requiring professional licensing (e.g., administering medication or physical therapy).

2. Bookings and Appointments

a) Booking Process

  • All services must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, in person, or email.

  • A 1-hour minimum booking is required for all appointments.

b) Changes and Cancellations

  • Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

c) No-Shows

If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full booking fee will be charged.

3. Pricing and Payments

a) Pricing

  • Our hourly services start at $50/hour. Discounts are available for multi-hour bookings for the same visit.

  • All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

b) Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made at the time of booking or at the start of an appointment unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

c) Refund Policy

  • Refunds for canceled appointments are subject to our cancellation policy.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the person receiving services.

  • Ensure a safe and respectful environment for our staff.

  • Notify us of any health conditions, allergies, or special requirements prior to the appointment.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if safety concerns arise or if these terms are violated.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Dayna's Senior Moments is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that any activity or service provided is suitable for their health and well-being.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Dayna's Senior Moments. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

  • Non-payment

  • Unsafe or inappropriate behavior

  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions
